On June 12, 2025, LOVOL demonstrated its latest precision farming innovations at China's National Agricultural Machinery Field Day, held at a fully autonomous demonstration base. Themed "Advanced Intelligent Agricultural Machinery for Improved Grain and Oil Crop Quality & Yield," the event highlighted LOVOL's commitment to modern agriculture—bringing together high-powered machines, digital technologies, and precision management tools with global relevance, including for Australian growers.

 

LOVOL's Autonomous Machinery Fleet: Precision Harvesting in Action

In the Smart Agriculture demonstration zone, LOVOL's Autonomous Machinery Fleet took center stage. Leading the lineup was the LOVOL GM5125 precision harvester, delivering a 12kg/s feeding rate via axial-flow threshing and equipped with:

  • Automated route planning
  • Intelligent obstacle detection
  • Precision harvesting with reduced grain loss

This smart harvester boosts field productivity by over 30% compared to traditional methods, while maintaining industry-leading grain retention.

Also unveiled was the 460 HP LOVOL GS8189 combine harvester, the most powerful model in China at 460 HP. Featuring dual axial-flow threshing and an 18kg/s feeding capacity, it supports more than 20 crop types—including wheat, maize, and soybeans—through interchangeable headers, and is capable of covering 50 hectares per day.

 

LOVOL Full-Process Precision: From Harvesting to Planting in a Single Workflow

LOVOL's live demo featured a fully automated "harvest–bale–plant" cycle. The LOVOL power-shift tractor seamlessly worked with a LOVOL round baler to compress wheat straw into uniform bales. Immediately after, the LOVOL P2404-7V autonomous CVT tractor took over, towing an electric-drive precision planter for no-till corn sowing directly into wheat stubble.

This workflow enhanced planting efficiency by 50%, while maintaining precision in seed spacing and depth—key factors in improving emergence and yield.

During the yield-enhancement segment, the LOVOL power-shift tractor first conducted deep tillage (30 cm) using a reversible plow, then switched to a combined tiller-seeder. This integrated implement performed all steps—soil crushing, leveling, precision seeding, covering, and compacting—in a single pass, completing full seedbed preparation and planting in one go.

Making its debut was the LOVOL F3000 Series hill & mountain tractor, built for complex, sloped terrain—an area often underserved by conventional machinery. Its articulated steering system offers:

  • 30% smaller turning radius
  • Stability on gradients up to 25°
  • Optimized control across uneven paddocks

Paired with a two-row simplified planter, this system provides precision planting even under challenging field conditions. Additionally, LOVOL's combined tiller-seeder integrates power harrow capabilities with a precision metering system, enabling single-pass soil prep and sowing—ideal for time-sensitive planting windows.
