Since June 2025, LOVOL's ''Caring for You · Driving the World'' global service tour has been traveling across Australia and New Zealand. The New Zealand leg has already been successfully completed, and now the focus has shifted to Australia, where service teams are working closely with local partners and farmers to deliver practical solutions and hands-on support.

Strengthening Customer Relationships
As part of the tour, LOVOL representatives Zhang Xiaohui visited farms in Auckland, Pukekohe, and Christchurch. They inspected tractors in operation, engaged in in-depth conversations with farmers, and delivered special service kits containing filters for different working conditions. These kits help farmers maintain their tractors more efficiently, extend equipment lifespan, and reduce operating costs.
