Instrument cluster and control for the third-generation body.
The instrument cluster includes the following
instruments: coolant temperature gauge, fuel gauge,
engine tachometer, hour meter and fault code display
screen; indicators include turn signal indicator, low
beam indicator, high beam indicator, position indicator,
charging indicator, oil pressure warning lamp, air
pressure warning lamp, preheating indicator, oil-water
separation warning lamp, parking brake indicator brake
fluid level warning lamp, engine fault warning lamp,
low hydraulic pressure warning lamp, oil filter clogging warning lamp, traveling safety warning lamp, air filter
clogging warning lamp, transmission fault warning lamp, after-treatment fault indicator, DPF regeneration
status indicator, DPF regeneration warning lamp, steering low pressure warning lamp, PTO state indicator, PTO
auto mode indicator, PTO clutch disengagement
indicator, high gear indicator, middle gear indicator, low gear indicator,
drive gear indicator, reverse gear indicator, neutral gear indicator, 4WD
status indicator, differential lock status indicator, low pneumatic brake pressure alarm, etc.
The first row displays the hour meter information when the engine speed is less than 300 rpm;
When the engine speed is greater than 350 rpm, the first row displays the air pressure value information for 15
minutes, and then the hour meter information for 5s in turn.
2. Instrument cluster and control for P5 body.
1) The instrument cluster includes the following instruments: coolant temperature gauge, fuel gauge,
engine tachometer, urea gauge, speedometer, hour meter, and fault code display screen. The indicators include
turn signal indicator, low beam indicator, high beam indicator, position indicator, charging indicator, oil
pressure alarm lamp, air pressure alarm lamp,
pre-heating indicator, oil-water separation alarm
lamp, parking brake indicator, brake fluid level
alarm lamp, engine fault alarm lamp, low
hydraulic pressure alarm lamp, oil filter
blockage alarm lamp, traffic safety alarm lamp,
air filter blockage alarm lamp, transmission
fault alarm lamp, after-treatment fault indicator,
DPF regeneration status indicator, DPF
regeneration reminder lamp, steering low
voltage alarm, PTO status indicator, PTO
automatic mode indicator, PTO clutch disengagement indicator, high gear indicator, medium gear indicator, low
gear indicator, forward gear indicator, reverse gear indicator, neutral gear indicator, four-wheel drive status
indicator, differential lock status indicator, and low air brake pressure alarm.
2）The right half of the digital instrument is
a switchable page. You can use the “+” button
below the steering wheel to switch pages. The
first page is the fault indicator page. The
second page is the fault information page (the
fault information page can only be displayed
when a fault occurs. Press the “OK” button to
view the next page of fault information). The
third page is the vehicle information page.
The fourth page is the date/time page. The
fifth page is the language switch page (On this page, press the “OK” button to enter the language selection
state. Use the “OK” button to select a language. The background of the selected language will be yellow. After
selecting a language, press the “+” button to confirm the selection. If Chinese is set, the prompt will be “Need
restart to take effect”. If English is set, the prompt will be “Setting successful. Take effect after restart”. The
prompt will be displayed for 5s and then disappear).
Important matters: When the tractor is working, the driver shall always pay attention to all kinds
of instruments and indicators, and shall park and overhaul immediately in case of abnormal
situation.
